The Capital Towers - LOCATION

The Capital Towers is located within the E Rodriguez Sr. Avenue in Quezon City. There are no city limits for residents living here. Shopping precincts such as the Waltermart and Puregold are within walking distance. The millennials who wish to attend to post degree and research work are close enough to the city’s two leading universities, the University of Santo Tomas and the Trinity University of Asia. The St Lukes Medical Center is also close by. At The Capital Towers in QC live with ease as you find everything within reach; medical institutions (St. Luke's Medical Center, De Los Santos-STI Medical Center, and National Children's Hospital), schools (Trinity University of Asia and St. Joseph's College), churches (Christ the King Church and Sto. Going beyond the city is easily navigated through all the city’s road and rail networks, leading on to San Juan, Makati and Manila. Own transport is not needed and is discouraged, given the ongoing problems to do with congestion and the need to reduce the city’s carbon footprint.

Residents leaving the Towers can get by with any number of taxis, buses and the traditional jeepneys. Traveling by road, residents can connect to the North Luzon and South Luzon Expressways to make flight to Makati.

Both light rail and heavy rail systems run throughout Quezon City. Residents link up with North, Taft and Commonwealth Avenues. They can travel along the Quirino Highway as far as San Jose del Monte.
